Purchase Policy

Fabnite AS (Business Registration No. 924 028 971, VAT registered), hereinafter referred to as "Fabnite", acts as a ticket distributor on behalf of a wide range of event organisers. This is carried out in accordance with separate agreements between each Organiser and Fabnite. When you purchase tickets through Fabnite, you enter into a purchase agreement directly with the relevant Organiser responsible for the event. Fabnite does not assume liability for the tickets or the event itself.

By purchasing tickets through the Fabnite platform, you also accept the Organiser's own terms and conditions applicable to the ticket purchase, including the Organiser's refund policy.

It is Fabnite's responsibility to deliver the tickets you purchase. The Organiser is responsible for the delivery and quality of the event.

By purchasing tickets through Fabnite, you also agree to our Terms of Use.

Ticket Prices and Availability

It is the Organiser — not Fabnite — who sets ticket prices and determines the number of tickets available for sale.

Fabnite does not work with third-party ticket distributors. All tickets are sold exclusively through our official sales channels: the fabnite.com website and the Fabnite app.

Service Fees

Fabnite's service fees are variable and are calculated as a percentage of the ticket price. The applicable fee will be clearly displayed during the purchase process.

Accepted Payment Methods

Tickets may be purchased through Fabnite's sales channels using Vipps, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Fabnite uses Vipps MobilePay AS and Stripe as its payment service providers.

Both our website and the Fabnite app are secured with SSL technology, comply with national and international security standards, and are PCI-compliant. If you choose to save your card details in your profile, these are not stored by Fabnite — they are held securely by Stripe. Your personal and payment information is encrypted to prevent unauthorised use.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered immediately after payment to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. By default, we use the email address registered to your Fabnite account.

All purchased tickets are also accessible by logging into your account at fabnite.com or through the Fabnite app.

Special Terms for Festivals

Where you have purchased tickets to a festival consisting of multiple individual performances, the Organiser may make changes to the festival programme, including changes to the line-up of artists. Such changes may occur close to the event date and do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of your ticket purchase.

The Organiser will make every reasonable effort to manage any changes in a way that ensures the overall festival experience remains of a high standard.

Special Terms for Add-Ons

Where your ticket purchase includes additional services or products ("add-ons"), the Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these. Such changes may include the substitution of alternative services or products that are considered equivalent or superior to those originally offered at the time of purchase. The assessment of what constitutes equivalent or superior is within the Organiser's reasonable discretion.

Changes to add-ons do not entitle you to a refund, reimbursement, or cancellation of either the ticket or the associated add-ons.

The Organiser will make every reasonable effort to ensure that any changes maintain or improve the overall customer experience.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

Events may occasionally be cancelled or rescheduled; this is a right reserved by the Organiser. In the event of a cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable law and the Organiser's own terms. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date.

Refunds

Where the Organiser authorises a refund, Fabnite will process that refund on the Organiser's behalf. Please note that service fees paid to Fabnite are non-refundable, as our service was rendered at the time of the original ticket purchase.

We strongly encourage you to verify your ticket selection before completing your purchase. Fabnite cannot, on behalf of the Organiser, refund or exchange tickets once a purchase has been made.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Norwegian law, tickets for cultural and sporting events are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, even where purchased online. Fabnite is therefore not obligated to process a refund if you are unable to attend or change your mind after purchase — unless the Organiser expressly agrees to make an exception. All requests relating to withdrawal from a purchase should be directed to the Organiser.

Refusal of Entry

The Organiser has the right to refuse entry to, or remove any person from, an event on grounds of safety. Unacceptable behaviour that could cause harm to others or to property, disorderly conduct, or violation of the Organiser's terms and conditions may result in removal from the event without entitlement to a refund.

Force Majeure

The obligations of Fabnite and the Organiser — including the Organiser's responsibility for delivering the event and any entitlement to refunds or compensation — shall be suspended or discharged if the event is wholly or partially affected by a force majeure event before or during the event.

Force majeure means any cause beyond the reasonable control of Fabnite and/or the Organiser that could not reasonably have been anticipated, avoided, or overcome. This includes, without limitation: war, civil unrest, terrorism, major disease outbreaks, fire, flooding, strikes, severe weather, national security directives, or instructions from national or local authorities.

Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the use of Fabnite's services, including these Purchase Terms, shall be governed by Norwegian law, with Vestfold District Court (Vestfold tingrett) as the agreed venue for legal proceedings.
