Maximum Number of Tickets per Customer

To ensure fair access for all fans, most events on Fabnite have a limit on the number of tickets each customer may purchase. The applicable limit is displayed on the purchase page and is enforced at the time of each transaction.

If Fabnite detects a breach of these limits — whether by a single user, a group of users (e.g. using multiple payment cards or with multiple members of the same household purchasing tickets), or through the use of automated methods — we reserve the right to cancel such purchases.

Prohibited External Tools

The use of external tools or software to monitor, interfere with, or access our sales channels — including for the purpose of purchasing tickets — is strictly prohibited.

By using our sales channels, you agree not to use any external tool, software, or automated method that could disrupt the functionality of our sales channels or that could be used to purchase tickets.

You acknowledge and agree that Fabnite AS may suspend your access to its sales channels immediately and without prior notice in the event of misuse or breach of any of our terms. In serious cases, Fabnite AS may pursue legal action to recover financial losses or damages.

Changes to These Terms

Fabnite reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our sales channels following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
